What is the recommended capacity?
- We recommend no more than 120 guests.
Is there a retainer? When are the payments due?
- Yes. To hold your event date for you, we require a signed contract and the 3 hour minimum payment retainer and the refundable damage deposit.
How do I reserve a date?
- To reserve a date email us at stacy@2tenvenue.com stating you are ready to book your special date if it is still available. You will receive a contract and invoice. The date is reserved once the signed contract, the retainer, event insurance (required for events with alcohol), and a credit card on file for any damages or additional charges.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
- We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.
Is alcohol allowed during our event?
- As the event host, you are allowed to have a bar available during your event. We do require that your alcohol be served by one of our licensed and insured bartending services (please inform your guests that NO BYOB is allowed), one Security Officer is required, as well as Special Event Host Liquor Liability Insurance. (See Below)
Do we have to utilize your Bartenders and Security Officers?
- Yes, we still give you the freedom to choose your bartending service based on the list of companies we provide for you.
What about Event Insurance?
Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigs are allowed OUTSIDE at the designated areas. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Cigarette butts and others of the sort are to be extinguished in the cigarette receptacles located on the east side back of the venue. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC INSIDE 2•TEN VENUE.
What is included in the catering kitchen?
- The kitchen includes two stainless steel prep tables, a sink, a refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. All food must be prepared in advance. Please inform your caterer that food must be prepared off-site and brought to the venue.
What tables do you offer?
- We have 10-60" round tables, 2-8 ft. rectangle tables, 2 6ft. rectangle tables, and 1-4 ft. rectangle table.
Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc.?
- We provide a great venue, tables, and chairs for the allotted amount of time. You are welcome to bring your own linens. We do not provide utensils, cups, silverware, warming trays, etc.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
- You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier.
How will the tables, chairs, etc. be arranged for my event?
- We offer an interactive floor plan for our events. You will create a free account with www.allseated.com 2•Ten Venue as your venue, invite us to view your floor plan, and have fun!
Can we have fireworks on the property?
- Fireworks are not permitted.
Are there any decorating restrictions? Is there a policy on candles and open flames?
- All decorations must be freestanding. Candles are allowed as table decorations as long as the candles are in a container and the flame is lower than the top of the container. No open flamed candles on the floor or aisle. The following are prohibited: sand, glitter, confetti, fresh petals (inside), fake petals (outside, bubbles (inside), hay, birdseed, silly string, and more. Please note: No tape, nails, thumbtacks, etc. are allowed on the floors or walls. If you have questions, please contact us prior to decorating.
What is the event clean-up process?
- 2•Ten Venue will handle all standard clean-up and trash removal.
